At Capital Osteopathy, sessions are billed based on the appointment length booked, not perceived minutes during the visit. This helps keep care predictable and avoids surprises. While I do my best to start and end on time, small variations can occur to ensure safe regulation and closure. Fees are not adjusted retroactively for completed sessions. If insurance coverage or budget is a concern, shorter appointments or adjusted spacing can be arranged in advance so care remains supportive and sustainable.
